Welcome to Kids & Coffee, where playtime meets quality family time! To make sure everyone has a safe, clean, and fun experience, please take a moment to read through our house rules. We promise they’re here to help everyone have a great time!

Playground and Café Rules

​

1. Socks Are a Must:

   • Grippy socks are required for kids in the playground. This keeps them safe while exploring!

   • Adults need to wear socks in both the playground and café. No shoes or bare feet allowed! If you forget, don’t worry—we have socks available for purchase.

2. Sand Pool Fun:

   • No diving, splashing, or throwing sand. Let’s keep the sand where it belongs!

   • No jumping off fences, walls, or other structures into the sand pool.

3. Outside Food and Drinks:

   • Outside food and drinks are not allowed, except for baby formula. But don’t fret—our café is stocked with delicious snacks, meals, and coffee!

4. Supervision Is Key:

   • Kids must have an adult with them at all times. Our playground isn’t a drop-off zone; it’s a place to bond, play, and explore together!

5. Respect Each Other:

   • Be kind and courteous to other families. Sharing, taking turns, and respecting personal space go a long way in keeping the fun going.

6. Stay Healthy:

   • If anyone in your group is feeling under the weather, we kindly ask you to visit us another day to help us maintain a healthy space for everyone.

7. Celebration:

   • ​We only allow celebrations in our private rooms and not in the play space/ café. This allows us to provide the best possible experience for your special event while ensuring the play area/ café remains enjoyable for all guests. You can learn more about our event package HERE.

General Rules

1. Adults Can Play Too:

   • Grown-ups, feel free to join the fun in the play structures with your little ones! Just remember to follow the same safety rules as the kids.

2. Playground Equipment:

   • Follow all posted signs and staff instructions. Our play structures are designed for fun, not roughhousing!

3. Café Etiquette:

   • Keep food and drinks in the café area. The play zones are for adventures, not snacks.

4. Celebration:

   • We no not allow "impromptu parties", which include but are not limited to decorations, party favors, and party desserts inside the premises without a party booking. This allows us to provide the best possible experience for your special event while ensuring the play area/ café remains enjoyable for all guests. Learn more about our event packages HERE. 

5. Stroller Parking:

   • Strollers can park in the designated areas. Let’s keep the play areas clutter-free!

6. Cancellation:

   • Cancellation within 24 hour from your reserved time is non-refundable.​

7. Ask for Help:

   • Need something? Our staff are here to help! Whether it’s a question, a concern, or a little assistance, just let us know.

8. Our Right to Refuse Service:

   • We’re all about keeping the vibe fun and welcoming! But if anyone isn’t following the rules or disrupting others, we may ask them to leave without a refund.
