Our beautifully designed private party room comfortably hosts up to 70 guests—ideal for gathering family and friends in one joyful space. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, from chic décor and seamless setup to curated food, drinks, and smooth coordination. All you have to do is show up, be present, and enjoy the moment.
The all-inclusive package covers up to 15 children (ages 1–12), and 20 adults (ages 12+). Whether you’re looking to create lasting memories or host an effortlessly elevated celebration, we’ve got everything covered—so you can focus on what matters most.

Ready, Set, Go!
Time Slots: 11a - 1p or 4p - 6p
Setup Time: You can arrive up to 30 minutes prior to your event to arrange any decorations or additional items.
Party Time: Your event lasts for 2 hours, starting from the scheduled time.
Cleanup: Please ensure you leave time to tidy up within your event duration. Our team will help with basic cleanup, but we ask that all personal decorations be removed by the end of your booking.
Suggested Timeline for reference:
3:30a - You may arrive and set up any last minute details
4:00p - Guests may enter the party room
4p-5:30p - Eat, Mingle, Playtime
5:45p - Sing Happy Birthday/Photos
6:00p - Say Goodbye to Guests
6:15p - 6:30p - Clean up and Exit the party room
Note: Additional time may be requested, depending on availability.
Our Terms and Conditions
Booking Confirmation

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Kids & Coffee.
Cancellation and Refunds
-
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the remaining balance.

Cancellations within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
-
Rescheduling more than 14 days of the event will incur a $500 fee.
-
Rescheduling within 14 days is not allowed.
A 18% service charge will be added to all birthday parties. This is not a gratuity and is used to support our event staff, administrative, and operational costs. If you would like to leave an additional tip for your hosts, it may be given directly at your discretion.
