What's Inlcuded

Our beautifully designed private party room holds up to 70 guests, making it the perfect space to celebrate with family and friends. With every detail thoughtfully handled—from stylish décor and setup to curated food, drinks, and seamless coordination—you’ll have the freedom to be present, catch up with loved ones, and soak in every magical moment.

Our all-inclusive party package includes up to 20 children (ages 1–12), with each little guest welcome to bring one grown-up to join the fun. Whether you're looking to create unforgettable memories or impress your guests with an elevated experience, we’ve got you covered—so you can focus on what truly matters.

Note: The play space will remain open to the public during your event. However, play space capacity will be adjusted to ensure the best possible experience for your guests. Full facility buyouts may be available upon request.

Ready, Set, Go!

Time Slots: 10a - 12a or 3p - 5p

Setup Time: You can arrive up to 30 minutes prior to your event to arrange any decorations or additional items.​

Party Time: Your event lasts for 2 hours, starting from the scheduled time.​

Cleanup: Please ensure you leave time to tidy up within your event duration. Our team will help with basic cleanup, but we ask that all personal decorations be removed by the end of your booking.​

Suggested Timeline for reference:

9:30a - You may arrive and set up any last minute details

10:00a - Guests may enter the party room

10a-11:30a - Eat, Mingle, Playtime

11:45a - Sing Happy Birthday/Photos

12:00p - Say Goodbye to Guests

12:15p - 12:30p - Clean up and Exit the party room

Note: Additional time may be requested, depending on availability.

Our Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Kids & Coffee.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the remaining balance.

  • Cancellations within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Rescheduling more than 14 days of the event will incur a $500 fee.

  • Rescheduling within 14 days is not allowed.

10% Service Charge will be added to the package.

All taxes are included.
