Our 30-minute Mommy & Me Yoga Sculpt class, led by Surf Salutations instructors, combines strength training, yoga, and bonding time with your baby—all while connecting with fellow new moms! Designed for busy parents, this class includes sculpting exercises with your baby to target major muscle groups and yoga poses to enhance flexibility and balance.
Please bring a yoga mat and baby blanket/cloth to lay your baby on.
