Kids & Coffee – Party Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon written confirmation from Kids & Coffee.

2. Guest List & Waivers

A finalized guest list, including each guest’s first and last name, must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the event. All participating children must have a completed Kids & Coffee liability waiver on file before entering the play space. A waiver link will be provided after booking. The host is responsible for ensuring all waivers are completed in advance. Guests without a completed waiver will not be permitted to access the play space.

3. Package Inclusions & Guest Capacity

Your selected package includes the guest capacity outlined in the booked package. Additional guests, enhancements, and add-ons are available at an additional cost. Final guest count must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event. Changes requested after this deadline may not be accommodated.

4. Event Duration & Event Space Access

Each party includes the duration specified in the selected package. Event space access begins no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event start time, unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Kids & Coffee. Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled event end time.

5. Food & Beverage

Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved in writing by Kids & Coffee. All food, beverage, and add-on selections must be finalized no later than 7 days prior to the event.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days prior to the event are subject to availability and a $500 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling within 14 days of the event is not permitted.

7. Service Charge

A 15% service charge will be added to the final event total.

8. Conduct & Supervision

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Kids & Coffee team members support the event experience but do not provide direct child supervision. Kids & Coffee reserves the right to end or refuse service for any event involving unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

9. Damages

The host is responsible for any damage to Kids & Coffee property caused by the host or their guests during the event. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

10. Photography

Kids & Coffee may photograph portions of the event for marketing purposes. If you prefer that your event not be photographed, written notice must be provided prior to the event date.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the “I Agree” box and providing a digital or handwritten signature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Party Booking Terms & Conditions.
