Capable Kids - Ages 3 - 6 (Family & Me)

Each week features hands-on stations, music, and playful themes designed to build real-world life skills through fun. From cooking and cleaning to calming down and caring for others, this class helps kids grow more independent, confident, and kind—one joyful activity at a time. Join the full 6-week session for $120 or drop in for a single class—spots are limited! Week 1

Kitchen Confidence

We’ll step into the kitchen to slice, scoop, and stir using real tools designed for little hands. Expect giggles, messes, and proud “I did it myself!” moments.

Week 2

Helping Hands

Kids become mini helpers as they clean, sort, and care for their space through bubbly, hands-on stations that make responsibility feel like play.

Week 3

Daily Routines

From brushing teeth to matching socks, this week builds confidence in getting ready all by myself—one silly sock and sticker chart at a time.

Week 4

Calm & Create

We’ll explore big feelings in a gentle, creative way with calming tools, sensory play, and mindful moments kids can take home and use every day.

Week 5

Kind Hearts

Through crafting, caring, and collaborative games, children learn the joy of kindness, sharing, and thinking of others.

Week 6

Let’s Celebrate!

Our final class is a celebration of all we’ve learned—featuring snack-making, table-setting, and lots of “cheers!” to our capable crew. Class Times: Wednesdays 3:30 - 4:15
