Toddler Yoga - featuring Surf Salutations

This 30-minute Toddler Yoga class, led by instructors from Surf Salutations Oceanside, is designed for toddlers ages 1-3.

In this class, toddlers will learn focus, balance, and coordination through engaging music, playful games, and storytelling that introduce movement and yoga poses suitable for their age.

They'll develop body awareness, social skills, and self-confidence in a nurturing, non-competitive setting, all while learning simple, age-appropriate techniques for relaxation and self-regulation.
