About the event
Join San Diego Mom Crew and Shannon Yeager at Kids and Coffee for an evening of yoga and sound healing to unwind from the week. We will connect to the breath, move our bodies and listen to a soothing sound bath with crystal alchemy bowls, an ocean drum and more.
Moms and caregivers are welcome (and no experience is needed). Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Childcare will be available for kids to play during the class.

Meet your instructor:
Shannon Yeager is the host of San Diego Mom Crew and mama to a bubbly and curious 16 month old. She is a wellness coach, yoga instructor (RYT-500), sound healer and Reiki practitioner.
