Cancellation Policy

Agreement to Policies By completing this booking and entering Kids & Coffee, you agree to all Kids & Coffee rules, policies, and wellness standards posted on our website. Cancellation & No Shows Cancellations within 24 hours of your start time are non refundable. No shows are treated as late cancellations and are not refundable or creditable. Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability and not guaranteed. Non Transferable Play passes are non transferable and may only be used by the ticketed and registered guests. Arrival & Session Time Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled play time to check in. Late arrival may shorten your session. For capacity and safety, staff may ask your family to wrap up once your reserved time has ended. Supervision A responsible adult must accompany and actively supervise children at all times. Each paying child includes admission for up to two accompanying adults; additional adults may be subject to a fee. Health & Safety Guests with fever, vomiting, diarrhea, cough, thick nasal discharge, or other illness symptoms within the past 24 hours should visit another day. Kids & Coffee may refuse entry to guests who appear unwell. Payment Kids & Coffee is a cashless facility. We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Wallet. Parking Free parking is available on site. After entering the lot, turn left and park in Kids & Coffee’s designated spots. Do not use neighboring businesses’ parking or resources. Food & Drinks Our café is open for food and beverages. Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except baby formula and simple baby food/purées for infants. Celebrations & Parties Impromptu birthday parties, group celebrations, décor, or outside treats are not permitted during regular play visits. To celebrate, please reserve a Kids & Coffee birthday party package. Waiver A signed waiver for all guests (adults and children) is required before entering the play area. Socks & Dress Code Children must wear grippy socks in the play area; adults must wear socks. Shirts and bottoms are required for all guests. Forgot socks? They are available for purchase. Service Animals Pets are not allowed. Only trained service animals under control are permitted. Discounts Active discounts and promotions cannot be applied to past or completed purchases. Right to Refuse Service Kids & Coffee may refuse service or end a visit for failure to follow these terms or for unsafe behavior.
