Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. - The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event. - All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Kids & Coffee. Cancellation and Refunds - Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the remaining balance. - Cancellations within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. - Rescheduling more than 14 days of the event will incur a $500 fee. - Rescheduling within 14 days is not allowed. 10% Service Charge will be added to the package. All taxes are included. Waivers - Please ensure that all party guests sign a waiver!
