In crafting Kids & Coffee, we embraced a comprehensive UX design process to ensure our space met the needs of both children and caregivers. This process involved:
User Research
We conducted interviews and surveys with parents to understand their desires for a combined play and café environment.
Define & Ideation
Based on our research, we identified key features such as safe play zones, comfortable seating for adults, and nutritious menu options.
Information Architecture
Planned the layout to facilitate easy navigation, ensuring clear sightlines between play areas and seating.
Wireframing
Initial sketches and digital mockups were created to visualize the space and gather feedback from potential users.
Prototyping & Testing
We developed a prototype play area and café setup, inviting families to experience the space and provide feedback, leading to iterative refinements.
